Moira Conlon, President
As the Founder and President of Financial Profiles, Moira is responsible for many of the firm's key clients. Over her 25 year career, Moira has provided strategic counsel to managements, boards and communications teams of over 100 public and private companies in a variety of industries, including business services, consumer, traditional and renewable energies, engineering & construction services, financial services, health care, technology, and telecom.
Moira has led numerous investor relations programs, assisting clients with valuation issues, corporate positioning and message development, earnings communication, investor presentations, guidance, disclosure, investor and analyst targeting, financial media outreach, analyst days, annual reports and board presentations.
Moira has advised numerous companies on transactions including initial public offerings, spin-offs, divestitures and mergers and acquisitions. She has also provided communications counsel to companies facing a wide variety of crises including significant earnings disappointments, options backdating, activist shareholders, employee lay-offs, management transitions and litigation.
Prior to founding Financial Profiles, Moira was a managing director at The Abernathy MacGregor Group, a leading financial PR firm specializing in transaction communications, crisis communications and investor relations. Previously, Moira was executive vice president of Financial Relations Board, where she directed the agency's West Coast investor relations practice.
Moira began her career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co., where she assisted banks and thrifts with equity, debt, money market and mortgage finance transactions.
Moira has a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute. Moira is a past judge for Ernst & Young's Greater Los Angeles Area Entrepreneur of the Year Program.
Donni Case, Managing Director - Midwest
Donni Case joined Financial Profiles in 2010 to launch the firm's Chicago office. As an industry veteran, Donni has provided strategic counsel on business plan development and execution, and strategic and crisis communications to managements, boards and communications teams of hundreds of public and pre-IPO companies.
Donni was one of the founding partners of Financial Relations Board, which she helped build into the nation's largest investor relations firm. During her tenure at FRB, Donni developed and led the firm's Market Intelligence Department, a direct sales force, unparalleled in the investor relations industry. She has three decades of relationship building with professional investors, including buy and sell-side analysts, portfolio managers and investment bankers.
Donni has worked across many industries and across the corporate lifecycle from newly public to Fortune 500 companies. Some of her engagements include: CDW, Cooper Tire & Rubber, ServiceMaster, Devon Energy, Entergy, Adobe, EMC, BEA, Clarcor, Allstate, Gallagher, Castle Metals, VF Group, and Interpublic Group.
Considered one of the top experts in the field of strategic communications, Donni has been a featured speaker at several industry and professional forums on issues covering business ethics, institutional targeting, selling your brand to Wall Street and intellectual capital. She has also authored numerous articles for publications including Institutional Investor, International Business Journal and Investor Relations Magazine.
Donni is immediate past Chair the Institute of Business and Professional Ethics at DePaul University. She also served six years on the Advisory Board of the Graduate School of Management at Kaplan University and is a member of The Chicago Network. She has won numerous PRSA Silver Anvil Awards and received the Midwest Women's Tribute to Ten Outstanding Chicago Women in 1994.
Tony Rossi, CFA, Senior Vice President
Tony has over 12 years of experience in investor relations and financial communications. As Senior Vice President of Financial Profiles, Tony is responsible for the overall management of client accounts and providing strategic counsel on a wide range of investor relations issues. Tony advises numerous companies and boards on issues such as stock buybacks, acquisitions, dividend policies, insider selling, guidance, investor targeting, valuation and messaging and positioning. He is also the primary writer on all of his accounts and has written hundreds of annual reports, corporate profiles and fact sheets, management presentations, conference call scripts, and press releases. As the leader of the firm's financial services practice, Tony works with a number of community banks on investor relations, transaction and crisis communications. He has also worked with companies in diverse industry sectors, including technology, energy and health care.
Tony has been trained in cash flow return on investment (CFROI) valuation methodologies by Credit Suisse First Boston's Holt Advisor and the Applied Finance Group (AFG). He utilizes these methodologies to help the firm's clients understand how the buy-side determines stock valuations and the key drivers that create or destroy shareholder value.
Tony has authored numerous articles for the National Institute of Investor Relations' IR Update on topics including earnings guidance, analyst day best practices and reverse stock splits.
Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Tony was Senior Vice President at Financial Relations Board. Previously he was Director of Marketing at Pacific Visions Communications, a national public relations firm. In this position, he managed all new business development efforts and developed marketing collateral, direct mail and presentation materials.
Tony has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Tricia Ross, Senior Vice President
With nearly 12 years of investor relations experience, Tricia leads Financial Profiles' investor/analyst outreach and market intelligence activities. Tricia has counseled clients on analyst, investor and banker targeting strategies, and implemented successful outreach campaigns, non-deal roadshows, analyst and investor events, perception studies and media relations programs. Through many years of working with the Street, Tricia has deep knowledge of the investor landscape and well-established relationships with portfolio managers and analysts at numerous leading Wall Street firms.
Most recently, Tricia was a Director with Financial Relations Board, where she led the firm's West Coast investor targeting and meeting efforts. Previously she served as the Financial Assistant to the Senior Economic Advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Education in Washington, D.C., where she analyzed education data sets, lobbied at congressional education hearings and developed statistical reports for the Office of the President. Tricia began her career working on the Clinton/Gore '96 reelection campaign.
Tricia has substantial experience working with companies in the health care, alternative energy, financial services, services and technology industries.
Tricia has a bachelor's degree, cum laude, in History and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
Joe Fitzgerald, Senior Counselor
As the leader of the firm's media and entertainment practice, Joe has more than 25 years of investor relations and corporate communications experience, primarily in the media and entertainment industries. He has been recognized numerous times as one of the country's top Investor Relations Officers. In creating comprehensive IR programs for several publicly traded companies, Joe has been the principal contact to both the financial markets and the financial press on a wide range of communications issues and over $90 billion of transactions, including Disney's acquisition of Capital Cities/ABC and Vivendi's acquisition of Seagram Universal. Through every conceivable market condition, Joe has developed his company's growth/value message, counseled and scripted senior management for all investor communications and industry presentations and articulated the impact of mergers, acquisitions and business crises on near-term performance and outlook. In addition, Joe has extensive contacts among money managers and Wall Street security analysts, which have proved valuable in increasing research coverage and generating institutional investor interest.
Most recently, Joe was Executive Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios. Prior to that, Joe was the first-ever IR officer at both Seagram Universal and Capital Cities/ABC. At Seagram Universal, he increased sell-side coverage to 20 analysts from 4 during his first year at the company. During Seagram Universal's transformation to a leading global entertainment company, Joe was the spokesperson for numerous key transactions, including the creation of the world's largest music company, Universal Music. At Capital Cities/ABC, Joe managed the strategic messaging for the acquisition of American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. and ESPN. Additionally, Joe was integrally involved in internal employee communications at all these companies. He has also acted as an independent communications advisor for several private companies.

Steve Hawkins, Senior Counselor
With three decades of experience in communications and journalism, Steve has counseled clients on a wide variety of strategic communications and public relations issues. Steve specializes in message development, media training and presentation/media coaching and has also provided counsel on media relations, crisis, litigation support, issues management and financial communications.
Steve has worked with clients across a variety of industries including health care, travel, biotechnology, non-profit, banking and financial services, real estate, consumer marketing, technology and automotive.Steve previously held leadership positions at Burson-Marsteller and Hill & Knowlton and senior corporate communications positions at Amgen,and Great Western Financial Corporation. In these roles, he led corporate public relations, investor relations, employee communications and a variety of corporate communications and crisis initiatives.
Previously, Steve was West Coast News Manager/Los Angeles Bureau Chief of U.S. News and World Report Magazine where he reported extensively on Mexico and international border issues. He was also a correspondent for McGraw-Hill World News writing and reporting primarily for Business Week, Engineering News-Record, Oilgram and a variety of trade and technical publications. Steve began his journalism career at the Contra Costa Times in Walnut Creek, California, where he was assistant city editor and business editor.
Steve has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a master's degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management with emphasis on International Business, Economics, and Spanish.
Larry Clark, CFA, Senior Vice President
Larry has over 12 years of experience in investment management and financial management with extensive experience in fundamental company analysis. Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Larry was a Senior Vice President at Los Angeles based Trust Company of the West (TCW). At TCW, Larry was a buy-side analyst covering a number of industries, including packaging, paper, homebuilding, building products, lodging, financial services, consumer products and publishing.
Larry has extensive experience working with senior management of both public and private companies gained through overseeing over 75 portfolio investments at TCW.
Larry provides counsel and program implementation on a broad range of investor relations initiatives, including strategic messaging, investor and analyst outreach, industry and peer group research, valuation assessments, and perception studies.
Larry has a bachelor of science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Kristen McNally, Senior Vice President
Kristen's expertise in crafting communications strategies for public companies draws on 20 years of experience counseling executive management teams on a broad range of investor and corporate communications issues. As a lead corporate resource to CEOs and CFOs and primary interface for Wall Street, she has represented 100 public companies, ranging from large-cap to micro-cap, across a diverse spectrum of industries.
Kristen develops and executes strategies that help companies communicate growth and value creation through effective investment positioning, messaging development, and shareholder and analyst relations. Her IR expertise includes strategic program planning and management, IPOs and transaction communications, turnaround and special situations, earnings and financial reporting, non-financial news flow, investor presentations, annual reports, and industry best practices. Kristen's industry specialties include technology and electronics, industrial and infrastructure, energy, clean tech, bio-pharma and medical, consumer products and services, and financial services.
In addition to Financial Profiles, Kristen has held executive roles with Financial Relations Board and Morgen-Walke Associates in Los Angeles and New York. She began her career as director of marketing and communications for Columbia Banking System, a Nasdaq-listed commercial bank based in Western Washington.
Kristen is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and serves as a Board member for the Seattle chapter. She was a founding member of the American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE), a Washington DC-based non-profit organization. Kristen holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, Seattle.
Katie Berkovitch, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Katie has significant experience in investor relations, corporate communications and marketing. Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Katie spearheaded marketing and new business development for two investor relations firms. She also worked at the NASDAQ where she managed numerous public company client relationships for the exchange. In this role, she was also a product specialist for Shareholder.com's investor relations intelligence tools, assisting CFOs and IROs of listed companies evaluate and implement various IR tools.
Katie has well-developed network of relationships with Wall Street analysts, market makers and bankers. She has developed and implemented numerous marketing and new business development campaigns and authored whitepapers on a variety of emerging investor relations issues.
As a result of her work in investor relations consulting and technical products, Katie is uniquely positioned to assist management teams and investor relations officers optimize IR resources and budgets. She has extensive knowledge of IR tools and products including newswire services, investor data and ownership information, stock surveillance, trading platforms, IR Web sites and legal and accounting services.

Jonathan Destler, Senior Counselor
Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in financial communications, business development, corporate finance, and cross-border transactions. Over the span of his career, he has assisted dozens of companies in navigating the process of going public, either through IPOs or alternative public offerings. He has also formulated business and financial communications strategies on behalf of his clients and has been instrumental in securing over $250 million in funding for a variety of organizations. Jonathan's ability to leverage his extensive network of Wall Street and professional contacts and deliver creative solutions to growing businesses has made him an invaluable resource to clients and business partners alike.
Prior to co-founding Financial Profiles, Jonathan was responsible for new business development at two large national investor relations agencies. He was a senior vice president at Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates, a leading national investor relations firm specializing in healthcare communications, and a vice president at Financial Relations Board, the financial communications unit of The Interpublic Group. Jon began his career on Wall Street as founder and CEO of DSI, Inc., a New York based consulting firm that formulated public market strategies and secured financing for emerging growth companies.
Eric Miller, Senior Vice President
Eric has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations and investor relations. Specific areas of expertise include corporate communications strategy, crisis and reputation management, media relations and speaker/presentation training.
Eric's experience spans the financial and professional services, real estate, energy and non-profit sectors. He has led award winning corporate positioning, corporate communications, media relations and thought leadership programs for clients including law firms Foley & Lardner, Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, Seyfarth Shaw and Alston & Bird, investment banking and brokerage firms Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, LPL Financial and UBS, and private equity firms GTCR and Venrock Associates.
Other significant engagements include crisis work for the Transocean during the recent Gulf oil Spill, corporate communications work for Microsoft Corporation, PM Realty Group and Equity Residential Trust, and educational programming for the Ford Foundation. In the energy sector, Eric has worked with Sempra Energy and Southern California Edison, among others.
Previously, Eric was a Senior Vice President at Financial Dynamics, a leading global strategic communications consultancy. Earlier he was the Senior Director of Communications for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he led the firm's global media relations efforts. Prior to that, he led the professional and financial services practice at Weber Shandwick. Eric began his career at the investor relations firm Financial Relations Board.
Eric is active in the local Los Angeles business community as well as in numerous philanthropic organizations including The Japan America Society, The Pasadena Symphony and Pops and Verbum Dei School. He is on the faculty at the University of Southern California's Annenberg School of Communications where he teaches courses in corporate and financial communications to undergraduates as well as graduate students. Eric attended USC, the University of London and St. Lawrence University.
Eric is also a partner in Green Solar Finance, a company providing project finance for utility scale renewable energy projects, where he acts as Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, Eric is a founding partner in the San Marino Ventures Group, which focuses on energy, infrastructure and real estate deals in the Western United States.
Lisa Mueller, Vice President
Lisa has over 20 years of corporate and agency investor relations and communications experience working with companies across industry sectors including technology, gaming, consumer, healthcare and services.
Over the course of her career, Lisa has counseled executive management teams on a variety of issues including corporate messaging, valuation, investor relations best practices, and crisis issues including bankruptcies, reorganizations, proxy battles and exchange de-listings.
Lisa has crafted internal and external corporate communications materials including conference call scripts, press releases, fact sheets, investor presentations, annual reports and employee communications. She also has significant experience conducting research and competitive analysis, shareholder analysis, perception studies and best practices surveys, developing investor and analyst targeting strategies, and arranging investor and analyst events.
Lisa has held corporate positions as director of investor relations at THQ Inc., Ingram Micro Inc., Guess?, Inc., and EMAK Worldwide, Inc. She also spent several years at investor relations firm Financial Relations Board where she counseled agency clients on stock marketability issues, conducted buy and sell-side targeting programs and arranged non-deal roadshows. Lisa began her career in the private client services division of CIBC World Markets.
Lisa has a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.
Megan Klein
Megan has nearly five years of experience in financial communications and brand marketing. Her expertise includes crisis, transaction and corporate communications, investor relations and marketing. She has worked with companies in the consumer, financial services, technology and entertainment sectors.
Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Megan was a Senior Account Executive at Neighbor Agency, a creative marketing and brand communication agency. She began her career at The Abernathy MacGregor Group, where she worked on a variety of high profile crisis and M&A transactions and supported clients with investor relations and corporate communications initiatives.
Megan has as an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and an MA in Strategic Public Relations from USC Annenberg School of Communications. She received her BA, with honors, from Amherst College.
